Failed to set session cookie. Maybe you are using HTTP instead of HTTPS to access phpMyAdmin.

我现在最新版本phpmyamdin 4.9总是出现这个问题，不知道到底哪里除了问题

办法一、后来换了phpMyAdmin_4.7.9重新安装了一下就没有问题

办法二、有极少数用户报告无法登录，并显示持久性错误消息“无法设置session cookie。也许您使用的是HTTP而不是HTTPS”。在某些情况下，清除phpMyAdmin cookie（'pma *'）可解决此问题。

说说我的整个解决过程吧！具体操作如下：

1、因为我的朋友最初是看的网上教程来操作的，他是直接把

\phpmyadmin\libraries\config.default.php

复制并重命名到

\phpmyadmin\config.inc.php

2、大家可以去看一下自己“config.inc.php”这个配置文件，是否有以pma开头的配置没有屏蔽掉？

由于我的朋友是直接复制的config.default.php，config.inc.php这上文件肯定有这个pma开头的，而且还没有屏蔽。例如：

3、接下来，我们只需要正确修改 config.inc.php这个文件就行了，一般来说，我们只需要直接把：

\phpmyadmin\config.sample.inc.php

复制并重名为

\phpmyadmin\config.inc.php

然后增加以下配置就可以了！

我个人推测：

由于这上面四行配置在 \phpmyadmin\libraries\config.default.php 也是有的，我们也可以直接不加，直接去config.default.php修改成自己相应的就可以了，配置生效应该是有一个优先权的。

config.inc.php 大于 config.default.php，如果config.inc.php没有的，就去config.default.php找。
